At the head of the cellar Pala today are Mario Pala and his family, who continue the tradition begun four generations ago, with over sixty years of activity behind. Well established and recognized as one of the best producers of Sardinia, Mario was able to transform the company, initially committed to producing wines in bulk, in a modern winery, one of the most important in Sardinia scene. The trump card of Mario and the Pala winery has surely been to produce wines that are a strong expression of the Sardinian territory in complete adherence with viticultural traditions of Sardinia and the family. In the sixty acres of suited vineyard, in the province of Cagliari, the Pala winery cultivates traditional Sardinian grapes, from Vermentino to Nuragus, from Cannonau to Carignano; over the years the standard of production has become increasingly reliable and good, giving birth to wines from the enviable structure, with a very good aroma and taste. A factor of no less importance is also due to white wines, which are able to mature for several years in the cellar with rare elegance. In short, Pala was confirmed as a highly respected winery in Sardinian wine scene, able to give us every year of aromatic wines with incredible aromas and aging ability.
