The vineyards are located in a high hillside area, at an elevation of about 350 meters above sea level, with a wonderful sunny and well-ventilated midday exposure. The \u003cstrong\u003evines are about 80 years old\u003c\/strong\u003e and produce a few clusters per plant that are particularly rich in aromas. After the harvest is complete, the grapes are destemmed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
