It is a blend of as many as \u003cstrong\u003e195 wines selected from 12 different vintages\u003c\/strong\u003e. The youngest, which forms the base, is from 2014 while the oldest dates back to 1998. In total, 45% of the cuvée comes from reserve wines. The different sparkling wine bases are vinified and matured between steel tanks and oak barrels and, once the blending is done, the precious wine is placed in the bottle for refermentation according to the Champenoise Method, with 7 years of aging on the lees.
