The Moscato Rosa is a grape with Greek origin who arrived in Trentino for its perfect weather: since always the South Tyrol offers, with its peaks and its steep slopes, sheltered from the winds, mild climate, temperature ranges and perfect exposure at noon; that are ideal conditions for a wine that despite its elegance and its pleasantness, still regarded as a niche. The Moscato Rosa by Tiefenbrunner is harvested in late October, when the grapes are already beginning to wither concentrating sugars and freshness in the grape, then stop for 4 months on the lees before resting in stainless steel tanks. The Moscato Rosa by Tiefenbrunner is a dessert wine, with a deep ruby red color with violet hues; the nose is able to release rich fragrance of rose, carnation, cinnamon, dried figs and gives a spicy finish of rare finesse and pleasure.
