Rossese di Dolceacqua 'Brae' Maccario Dringenberg 2015

The winery has the great merit of having brought attention to a vine long forgotten and undervalued, but characterized by great elegance and pleasure. The vineyard from which the grapes are selected by hand that will create the "Brae", is located at an average altitude of 480 m above the sea level. Is located in Val Nervia, divided by a central path that divides also geologically the ground, while the portion to the east is the presence of sandy marl sandstone, with the presence of silica, while the west has calcareous marl clay.
