The Nobile di Montepulciano by Poliziano is a structured, long-lived red wine, with intense perfumes ranging from flowery notes to the plum, blackberry, giving then a final china and tobacco that faithfully represents the aging in oak barrels for 14-16 months. It comes from a blend of Prugnolo Gentile, to which Poliziano adds in variable parts depending on the year Colorino, Canaiolo and Merlot.
