Vodka Beluga - 100cl

A vodka of absolute value and organoleptic quality undisputed. Beluga Vodka is produced in the distillery Siberian Marininsk using only organic produce grown in Western Siberia, hundreds of miles away from any industrial plant. The secret of the softness of Beluga is fermentation with natural yeasts very long. But not only that, the high-proof brandy is combined with the purest water from artesian springs of Siberia. Are added in small quantities milk thistle extract, rice, honey, vanilla sugar syrup. It is then left to rest in tanks for 90 days before being bottled and filtered again (which is not usual for vodka). A complete maturation appears in your mouth absolutely pure and not flavored. The nose of the Beluga is smooth and soft, and despite its 40 degrees of alcohol, reveals subtle notes of vanilla and citrus hiding the alcohol vapors. The taste is pleasant palate with a soft, round, round. The opening is slightly powdered sugar, honey and vanilla. It later appears a hint of citrus, blended with wheat not toasted. Towards the end we get the hint spicy, with a closing just tasty on the tongue that is the signature of a fine vodka in Russian style. The contrast between the lush soft opening and the strong spicy on the finish is superb. Warm and persistent.
